When times are stable / we are what we buy / and do with it

When times get rocky / we are what we save from destruction

there is much to say about the space a pale-green corner shop created.

potence collective (RIP) was one place i found constant inspiration in new orleans.

there three women blazed a retail path for many other artists to exhibit and sell work. for me it was the first real practice I got in hawking my paintings, books, music.

i want to write more about it when my heart is able. for now I toast the little gallery that could, and the end of its earth-based physical presence. to the stratosphere…
